Your studio can often help fastest
Schedules, pricing, memberships, and studio policies belong to your studio — for questions about those, the front desk is the quickest answer. For privacy requests about data your studio holds, email privacy@classiq.app and we'll loop them in.
The fine print
Common questions
- How do I reset my password?
- Use “Forgot password?” on your studio's sign-in page or on the app's sign-in screen, and a reset link will arrive by email from ClassIQ. If it doesn't show up, check spam — or ask your studio to confirm which email address is on your account.
- Why can't I book a class?
- Three usual reasons: your studio requires a signed waiver (the app or booking site will prompt you to sign it), the class needs an active membership or class pack that covers it, or the class is simply full — join the waitlist and we'll notify you automatically if a spot opens.
- How do I cancel or change a membership?
- Your membership is an agreement with your studio, billed on the studio's own Stripe account — so the studio can cancel or adjust it directly and immediately. Reach out to them first; if you're stuck, write to us and we'll help untangle it.
- How do I delete my account?
- In the app, go to Home → your avatar → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible: your profile, sign-in, and devices are removed and any active memberships billed through the platform are canceled. Studios keep de-identified operational records (like waivers, attendance, and billing history) as described in our privacy policy.
- How do I make a privacy or data request?
- Email us and we'll handle requests about data we control. Where your data is held by your studio — which is the norm for member records — we'll refer you to, or work with, the studio to resolve it.
- Something looks broken — what should you include?
- Tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. The device and app version (or browser), your studio's name, and a screenshot make a fix dramatically faster.
Deletion and data-retention details live in the privacy policy; the rules of the road are in the terms of service.
